What’s Special About Working With Me

I bring compassion and health care together. I dedicate time to peel through each layer, knowing that everything is interconnected, with not one issue being separate from another. Once we find out what is wrong, it is only then that we can take the steps to regain health and live a fuller life. My love for helping others comes from my own personal health struggles. As women, we are continually changing and going through different chapters of our lives.With each new phase comes new health concerns where we need help finding answers, and the support and guidance necessary to get ourselves back.

My Experience

I have been in practice for over 15 years. I graduated with a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine, obtained my license in medical acupuncture and gained my expertise in functional medicine, hormonal health, women and children’s health, autoimmune diseases, gastrointestinal conditions, environmental toxicities and tick-borne diseases through ILADS, IFM, Association for the Advancement of Restorative Medicine, and many other medical associations. It is my clinical knowledge and personal experiences that provide me the expertise to help others.

Outside the Office

Mother, fitness enthusiast, nature lover, dog mom. These are just a few of my roles outside of being a Naturopathic physician. I find joy in spending time with my family and friends, being creative in the kitchen and finding new passions. I find mental and spiritual peace in nature. With going through my own health struggles, I truly embrace my physical health now more than ever and love being active every day, whether through running, biking, pilates, hiking, or running around with my family and fur babies you will always see me moving.
